The 2026 International Conference on Physics, Electromagnetics, and Semiconductor Materials (PESM 2026) will be held grandly in Yantai, an important science and technology innovation city around the Bohai Sea in China. This conference focuses on the cross integration of condensed matter physics, electromagnetic theory, and advanced semiconductor materials, aiming to build a high-level international academic exchange platform that emphasizes both basic and applied knowledge. It brings together experts, scholars, researchers, engineers, and industry R&D representatives in the fields of physics, materials science, electronic engineering, electromagnetic fields and microwave technology, nanotechnology, and device physics. The conference will focus on in-depth discussions on cutting-edge topics such as the physical properties and preparation processes of new semiconductor materials (such as wide bandgap semiconductors SiC and GaN, two-dimensional materials MoS ₂, graphene, perovskite materials), carrier transport mechanisms and band structure control, electromagnetic field matter interaction mechanisms, electromagnetic response and thermal effects in high-frequency high-power devices, optoelectronic materials and device physics, spintronics and topological insulators, semiconductor heterostructures and quantum well design, electromagnetic shielding and absorbing materials, material characterization techniques (such as in-situ electron microscopy, angle resolved photoelectron spectroscopy), and the application prospects of semiconductor materials in new energy, communication, and sensing fields.
